Planmanor Limited was established in 1994. Each of the principals of the company has more than twenty-five years business experience in property development and/or venture capital finance.
We work on projects varying in size from small, “one-off” refurbishments to multi unit developments in the residential and mixed use fields.
We are always seeking new development opportunities and although we specialise in London and the South East, we consider projects anywhere in the UK.
We consider outright purchase of land or buildings with or without planning consent. Or we often work on Joint Venture projects with other developers or landowners.
We have access to substantial sources of finance for all types of project.
